Raijin has more team assistance than you can think of.
Raijin can guinsoo 1 guy, orchid another, kill off 2-3 guys and let his allies do the rest. The old Raijin's teamplay is his ulti, but Electric Vortex > Lightning Grapple.
Electric Vortex is a GREAT disable, IMO.
With Overload and Ball Lightning to go along. His skills are of perfect synergy, I say.
He can go slow an entire team ffs.

IMO the 4 int game isn't imba.
He's extremely fragile. Lol 1 Arrow+Starfall(2hits, maybe not, but depends) can kill him. o_o
