Hello everyone here is my post of what items really gives. I hope it will help you for your need. In advanced I want to apologize of the miscalculations and misspelled words. Please understand it. I will just say the items with recipes or the ones that are in the level 1,2,3,4 and new item shops.

Aegis of Immortal
The Aegis of the Immortal can only be aquired by killing Roshan. He drops an Aegis each time he dies.
The Aegis of the Immortal cannot be stacked or dropped.
Passive Ability: Reincarnation
When the bearer of this item is killed, no gold or experience is awarded for the kill, the bearer is revived immediately the location of their death with no loss of gold, full hp and full mana. Roshan takes the Aegis back when he respawns if it is unused.
Any non-hero unit with an inventory will respawn if it has an aegis.
Aghanim's Scepter
+500 hp
+500 mana
+30 intelligence which gives you=1.2 mana regen , an additiona 390 mana(total of 890 mana) and 30 damage(for int heroes only)
Arcane Ring
+300 mana
+3 armor
Active:Replenish
25 mana cost
Gives you 135 mana every time you click it in a 400 AoE.
33 second cooldown
(it doesn't give you int!!!)
Assault Cuirass
+15 armor
+40% ASPD
+5 armor(aura)
and 15% attack speed aura
-5 enemy's unit armor aura.
Battle Fury
+150% mana regeneration
+6 hp per Second
+65 damage
+35% cleaving attack in a 200 radius
(cleaving damage deals pure damage and can stack additively)

Bloodstone

Passive: Bloodpact
* Bloodstone gives additional bonuses when it gains charges.
o You gain 2 HP/MP extra regen per second for each charge.
o The regen is coded to set your HP and MP to CurrentHP/MP + 2*BloodStoneCharges every second, and is not actually regen, but triggered healing and mana replacement, and because of this, % based regen (like Void Stone) won't affect it.
* When carrying 2 or more Bloodstones, only the Bloodstone in the highest priority slot will get charges, and provide regen regarding charges.
* If you have no charges and you get a kill, you will get 2 charges. If you have at least 1 charge, each kill will give you 1 charge. You lose 1 charge when you die.
* With no charges, you respawn 10% faster and lose 20% less gold. With 1 or more charges, you respawn 20% faster and lose 40% less gold.
* While dead, you gain XP and vision of the place your hero died (marked by a red rune on the floor). AoE range for vision is 1800/1800, and 1000 for XP.
* When you die, Bloodstone restores 450hp/400mana in a 1700 AoE around you to all friendly units and heroes. The AoE heal stacks with other bloodstones as of 6.50.
* There is no real cap of how many charges you can store.
* Bloodstone's bonus regen won't work if the unit carrying Bloodstone isn't a player's hero (for example, Flying Courier Unit or Lone Druid's Spirit Bear).
